Trade Portal

As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality building services, CRA Building Services requires all subcontractors to meet our safety and quality standards. Our Trade Portal provides an easy-to-use platform for subcontractors to sign up, manage their information and access important documents required to work with us.

Here's what you need to know to get started

Step 1

Required Documentation

To work with CRA Building Services, all subcontractors must have up-to-date public liability insurance, SWMS documentation and any licenses/ qualifications relevant to the works you will be facilitating. These documents are required on initial sign-up and on an ongoing, regular basis.

We monitor and audit subcontractor documents as part of our quality control processes to ensure that our subcontractors meet our safety and quality standards.

Step 2

Sign-Up Process

To get started, please click on the Subcontractor Sign Up link and once the process has been commenced, please ensure you complete the onboarding as you will need to restart should you not finalise any forms. Once you have completed the process, CRA Building will review all information and documentation provided. Should your onboarding be accepted, we will be in touch with some additional process and invoicing information.

Step 3

Access to Forms

After receiving the process and invoicing information, you will be active as a CRA preferred contractor.

Our team of Estimators/ Supervisors and Coordinators will be notified, and you will be able to receive work orders.

We will communicate with you when any licensing or documentation has expired and request updated copies.
