We also hold a number of corporate contracts for reactive and proactive maintenance.
CRA’s daily practices are well supported through our bespoke online scheduling system that allows for clear, real-time communication between office and trades staff. We utilise a number of cloud based storage systems that ensure that we have what we need when we need it. We believe being progressive with technology is a core need of a business that operates in the field and who needs to be available at all times.
Management profile
Tom Welsh is the Director, having taken over from Roger Welsh in 2014. Tom is supported by our Operations Manager. CRA employs a Quality Consultant to ensure that our business grows in a manner that offers sustainability and dependability. We build and utilise our internal management team and quality systems to formulate effective business strategy and achieve financial targets, whilst providing excellent customer service. This approach supports and encourages professional growth amongst team members. We believe that a large part of our business success has come from choosing the right people for the organisation.
