Thank You

Dear Jesse,

A quick note to say thank you. The new doors have been installed. They look great and are 100% correct in their size and edging. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the result and wanted to let you know that your service had been impeccable.

Best wishes and thank you again,

Pascale

Professional and Courteous

“Hello Tom,

Just a quick note to say how pleased my wife and I were – not only with the work done, but also the professionalism and courteousness of the two tradesmen who did the work. They were both a credit to your company.”

Many thanks,
– Ken & Pam

On Time Every Day

Through a building firm that does their claims work called CRA Building Services a guy by the name of Matt Sciancalepore came out to sort out the water proofing and retiling of the shower – he was on time to the minute every day and even came out on Saturday and Sunday to get the job sorted quickly for us. He did a fantastic job and even noticed that the same problem could be occurring with the ensuite, so he contacted the CRA Building Services supervisors and they are getting someone out to check this out before it turns into a major problem

High Standard Workmanship

…. also to give considerable praise to the builders who conducted the repairs.

CRA Building Services conducted themselves in a similarly prompt, professional and courteous manner as well as meeting the very particular requirements of working in an Aged Care home amongst residents with Dementia. Tom Welsh, David Ford and Dean Bevlander from CRA were very accommodating and their workmanship was of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to a third party.

Regards,
– Neil

Delighted Client

Attention to Detail

“Dear Thomas

In 2008 we employed a local builder to undertake an extension to our home in Cherry Gardens, which is a traditional double fronted stone cottage, built in the late 1800’s.

About 9 months after the building works commenced, on, what was to be a 3 month project, it became clear that our builder, whilst a solid tradesman was out of his depth. The project was not overly large but was complicated by the fact of joining the old part of the home to the newer part of the home. At the first rain the roof leaked severely and the works were completely destroyed by the resulted water damage.

We then needed to repair the internal fit out which was damaged by the faulty roof. We were introduced by our insurance company to CRA Building and once again we were very pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of CRA, the care that they brought to the project, but more importantly the attention to detail.

We are very grateful to our insurance company, we are grateful that we found true professional trades people like CRA Building and we recommend to anyone considering building, to make sure that they check the people that have used the services of the builder.”
